Parties and definitions
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Shexlyonighimil.world, a business operating from Vesterbrogade 34, 1620 København V, Denmark (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing access to the website at shexlyonighimil.world and any purchase of Arixen branded food supplements or related merchandise. “You” means the person using the site or placing an order, including consumers and, where permitted, business purchasers.
By continuing to browse, creating an account, or submitting an order, you confirm that you have read these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old and capable of entering a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you order on behalf of a company, you warrant authority to commit that entity to these Terms. We may refuse service to jurisdictions where import of dietary supplements is restricted.
Products and information
Arixen products are food supplements, not medicines. Descriptions, photographs, nutritional tables, and blog-style articles are for general wellness information and marketing. They are not medical advice. Individual responses vary. Always read the label, follow dosage instructions, and consult qualified professionals about interactions with medications or conditions.
We endeavour to display accurate stock status and pricing, but occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors before dispatch and, if correction materially affects a confirmed order, to offer cancellation with a full refund.
Advertising and claims
Online advertising, including search and display campaigns directed at Denmark or other EU countries, is designed to comply with applicable platform policies, the Danish Marketing Practices Act (Markedsføringsloven), and EU rules on unfair commercial practices and on nutrition and health claims made on foods (Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006). Orders and pricing
Product pages constitute an invitation to treat, not an offer. Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract arises when we send an order confirmation email or begin performance, whichever is earlier. Until then we may decline orders for reasons including suspected fraud, export restrictions, or inability to verify billing details.
Prices are quoted in Danish kroner unless another currency is selected and include VAT where required for Danish consumers. Shipping fees, taxes, and customs duties for cross-border deliveries appear at checkout or in follow-up communications. Promotional codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Payment and fraud
We accept payment methods shown at checkout, processed by PCI-DSS compliant partners. You authorize us and our partners to charge your selected method for the total order amount. We may verify billing address, device fingerprint, and velocity patterns. Failed verification may delay or cancel an order.
If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting support, we may dispute it with evidence of delivery and these Terms.
Shipping and risk
Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier records delivery to the address provided. You are responsible for providing accurate information and secure receipt. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable, we may charge reshipment fees.
Intellectual property

Limitation of liability

Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence where EU regulations grant that privilege. Businesses consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Copenhagen courts.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform; we are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution before a specific body but will consider good-faith mediation requests.
Changes and notices
We may amend these Terms to reflect legal, product, or operational changes. The date shown at the top updates automatically when you load the page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance for non-consumer accounts; consumers may have additional rights under mandatory law. Notices may be sent to the email associated with your account.
