This Refund and Returns Policy explains how Shexlyonighimil.world handles cancellations, statutory withdrawal rights, commercial goodwill returns, and defective goods for customers who purchase Arixen food supplements or accessories through shexlyonighimil.ddd. It complements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

If you qualify as a consumer under EU consumer protection law, you benefit from mandatory rights that cannot be waived by contract. Business purchasers may be subject to different rules outlined below.

Right of withdrawal

For distance contracts, consumers in the European Union generally have fourteen calendar days to withdraw without giving any reason, starting the day you acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right, send an unequivocal statement to chat@shexlyonighimil.world or use the model withdrawal form recommended by the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority, including your name, address, order number, and decision to withdraw.

You may also complete a web form if we make one available in your account area. Timely dispatch of the communication before the deadline is sufficient even if we receive it later.

During the withdrawal period you must handle the goods with reasonable care. Opening outer shipping cartons for inspection is expected; however, breaking safety seals on supplement bottles may affect your rights as described in the next section.

Exceptions for sealed goods

Under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive as implemented in Denmark, the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery. Food supplements in blister packs, bottles with tamper-evident rings, or similar sealed formats fall within this category once the seal is broken.

If you have not broken the seal, you may return the product in resalable condition within the withdrawal window. Partially consumed units cannot be refunded except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Digital content and services, gift cards, and personalized items may also be excluded as stated at checkout.

Defective and wrong items

Statutory warranty rights under the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to defective products independent of the withdrawal right. If you receive the wrong SKU, damaged packaging that compromises safety, missing items, or goods that do not match the description, notify us within a reasonable time, and in any event within two years of delivery for consumers, with photographs and batch numbers where visible.

We will offer repair, replacement, or price reduction according to legal hierarchy. If remediation is impossible or disproportionate, you may terminate the contract and receive a full refund including outbound delivery charges you paid. We cover reasonable return shipping when we are at fault.

Return process

After approving your return, we will provide a return merchandise authorization number and, when applicable, a prepaid label. Unauthorized returns may experience processing delays. Pack items securely with adequate cushioning; include a copy of the invoice or order confirmation.

Refunds for properly returned goods are processed only after we receive the shipment or you furnish proof of handing it to the carrier, whichever is earlier.

Refund timing and method

Approved refunds are issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise and such agreement is technically feasible. We execute the reimbursement within fourteen days from the day we receive the goods or evidence of return shipment.

Bank and card networks may add additional settlement days before funds appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are refundable only when the entire order is withdrawn within the statutory period or when we shipped defective goods.

Return shipping costs

If you exercise the statutory withdrawal right and the goods are eligible for return, you bear the direct cost of returning them unless we have offered to bear that cost or failed to inform you that you must bear it. When we supply a prepaid label, deductions may apply if you use another carrier without approval.

Business customers

Traders purchasing for resale or internal consumption without consumer status are governed by the Terms of Service and any written supply agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, business sales are final except for latent defects notified promptly upon discovery.
